Rumor

You hop from mouth to mouth, and every teller rewrites you: the drunk makes it worse, the priest makes it a sin, the child gets the names backwards. Grow scandalous enough to get past the gate and reach the one ear that matters, without the wrong person ending up in the stocks.

Unobserved

You are the camera. A wanderer walks on their own through a world that only exists inside your frame. Anything outside it stops existing, and zoom decides how solid things are: zoom out far enough and a thin wall can be walked through.

The Cartographer’s Lie

You chart unknown land from rumours and sworn testimony, then seal the map, and the land becomes exactly what you drew, mistakes and all. Water runs downhill, hills block wind, and a missing path strands the expedition. Keep the patron happy on as little ink as you can.

Lighthouse

A ship only steers straight while your beam is on it, and a creature from the deep only stops while the light holds it. Every second you give one is a second of darkness for everything else. Keep the lantern lit until dawn.

Pulse

An ordinary man runs ordinary errands while a thriller keeps brushing past him: a getaway car, a briefcase swap, a van that isn’t selling ice cream. You tap every heartbeat. Beat too slow and he stumbles, too fast and he panics, and the story changes with how you kept time.

RumorS

The online follow-up to Rumor. Everybody starts as a different piece of gossip in the same medieval town, and each player has to get their own story to the king in the form they were dealt. Everyone you convince along the way is still there when your rivals pass through.

Limo’s New Secrets

A fan tribute to Milon’s Secret Castle (Hudson Soft, NES, 1986)

The castle is rebuilt in real 3D behind a locked side-on camera, so it parallaxes while it plays like the flat original. Movement, jumps and bubbles are matched to frame-by-frame measurements of the original game, and every block and enemy is built in code.

Olympus Will Fall

A fan tribute to The Battle of Olympus (NES, 1988)

Helene is gone, and Orpheus walks from Arcadia to Tartarus to bring her back. The structure is faithful, the length is condensed, and there’s a metroidvania lean. Movement is measured from the original, and there isn’t a single texture file: every mountain, olive grove and monster is built in code.

Ragyr

A fan tribute to Tecmo’s legendary 1987 NES game. You know the one.

Real 3D forests and ruins parallax behind a side-on camera, and the grappling hook, crossbow and wind pulley are tuned against the original right down to how the rope sways. The music comes in three sets: Original, a Modern re-orchestration and a new procedural score.

ObbLandZ

Four difficulty arms (Unc, Noob, Buff and PSYCH) spiral out from the hub, a five-level dungeon runs beneath the lobby, and there are eggs, critters, find-hunts and sky races throughout. The whole world is generated at runtime.

GO K-Fish!

Nine tables of up to six players each, playing with photocards of real group members. Six themed tables reroll their rules every thirty minutes and three stay traditional. If the room is quiet, an NPC sits down with you, so there’s always a game going.

The Tail of Castroid

The camera snaps from room to room, and rooms switch between side-on, top-down and a spinnable 2.5D view. Twenty-seven themed tools work as both weapons and keys, and parties travel together, with NPC teammates filling in when your friends are offline.
